DESCRIPTION:= Refactor =\nPhase 1 of the 1.3.x release is to remove all unn
 eeded code that is in PHPEclipse code base. We are doing this in order to 
 help minimize the amount of code and files that are in the project that ar
 e not being used. Also in doing this we will be moving over to svn. The co
 de has already been ported from cvs to svn\, now we are working on getting
  the refactored code committed as a new branch.\n= Eclipse Framework updat
 e =\nPhase 2 is to update the PHPEclipse code base to utilize the next ver
 sion of the Eclipse platform frameworks [http://www.eclipse.org/projects/g
 anymede.php Ganymede]. \nThis release will have bug fixes but not many new
  features will be added\, unless they are the result of a bug fix.
