Description 

Is it possible for you to add a toolbar kind of thing
to PHPEclipse that supports the PHP based Mamboserver CMS?
(http://www.mamboserver.com/)

There already exists a dreamweaver-plugin
(http://www.mambosolutions.com/dw_tutorial/) and it
would be great to have these 'macro' buttons optionally
added to the phpeditor.

This should be realized as an independent plugin outside
PHPEclipse.
