358,Interpreter Tab in Debugger Config does not show in Mac OS X,shuchow,nobody,"{{{
This is a relatively minor problem, but I thought I'd
make an official record of it.  

In the DBG debugger, when you create a new debugging
configuration, the Interpreter Subtab does not not
appear in the Environment Tab.  Instead, it is a
smaller, blank tab.  The tab still functions normally,
but the word ""Interpreter"" does not appear in the tab.

This is a fairly old bug.  I've had this problem since,
I believe, version 1.1.13

Tested this on two systems with the same result..  One
running 10.4 and one running 10.3.9.
