Hide the ".project"-file from Navigator View.

Activate the filters menu in the navigator view to hide all
".*" files.

That is not a viable solution as it would also hide things such as .htaccess files

I need to hide the eclipse settings and project files, but using that hide ".*" is not the right solution, we need to be able to still see the .htaccess files, and hide just the eclipse project files... as every other eclipse perspective does.
