Description 

When I edit a css file all thing is ok but i don't see
th e cursor (probaly it uses the same color as background)

I'm sorry to tell you this, but PHPeclipse doesn't contain
the CSS (and other web related) editors anymore in current
CVS code, so this will not be fixed. Please use the WTP instead.
