Multiple DocumentRoots / websites for project

It would be nicer to set the DocumentRoot not for the 
project but to define multiple websites for one 
project. A project does not have to be identical to 
ONE web site!

Example:

    I--websites
       I
       I--Site#1
       I  I--siteIncludes
       I  I  I...
       I  I  
       I  I--DocumentRoot of Site#1

If one could define multiple websites with their start 
URL and documentRoot in one project, it would be quite 
useful!
