Compare files white space issue

Description 

Hi,
i've checked the Window->Pref->General->Compare (ignore white space), but still it shows me files in compare. 

And when i open that comparision editor, it shows no difference. If there is no difference then why it pick that file in compare or merge.

Any idea ?

This is an issue with the team provider in Eclipse. What version of Eclipse are you using? Try Europa.
