Find and Replace Dialog has wrong Focus for Paste-Keyboard Shortcuts

Description
If i attempt to use the paste keyboard shortcuts (Shift-Insert, Ctrl+V) in the Find/Replace? Dialog the paste goes to the editor window in the background instead of the Find-Dialog. Clicking manually inside the Find-Dialog to force Focus don't help (looks like has Focus).
Using the context menu paste works fine.
I've tried all versions (1.2, 1.2, 1.2-nightly).

I am also seeing this after upgrading Eclipse to 3.4.0. Not sure if its and eclipse or phpeclipse thing. Occurs on Linux and Mac.
