749	Hosting SSL enhancements	mbowie	mbowie	"Thanks to [https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/ssl/ssl_opensource.asp GoDaddy's Open Source SSL program] we have a shiny new SSL certificate for the phpeclipse.com domain.

The certificate has been installed on the hosting server and a DNS record has been added for secure.phpeclipse.com. The following URL's are now in play:
 * https://secure.phpeclipse.com -> Trac
 * https://secure.phpeclipse.com/svn -> Subversion Repo
 * https://secure.phpeclipse.com/hudson -> Hudson

[http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/4733 Trac #4733] shows a method for redirecting logins back and forth via SSL, but I'm not sure that's the ideal solution, so for now, it's either SSL, or it's not.  There is quite a bit of house-cleaning to be done in other hosting areas though, so perhaps this can be addressed in more detail there.
